A message from the heart of Pastor Boat, regarding Marriage Ministry:  “For years I have seen the attack of the enemy against believers in many areas, especially in their marriages.  In 1994 I began ministering to couples who were ready to give up, head for the divorce courts, and let the enemy take their marriage.  I have come to a strong commitment to help hurting couples and families through personal ministry, counseling, teaching, and restoration of covenant marriage.”

“One of the greatest motivations for my wife and me is to see the enemy defeated in marriages that otherwise seem hopeless.  Seeing hope restored in couples that have lost hope is great reward.  We are so excited as we watch the issues that bring division in couples being axed at the root by the hand of God!”

“Because of our strategic location in this building, I have a goal that we would put up a huge banner on the side of our building that can be seen from I-25 that says, ‘Free Marriage Counseling’.  I can see people coming from every walk in life, every church, and every community in our area, where they can find a safe place to pour out their hearts of pain and hurt, where they can find healing and deliverance for their marriages.  I want to see people setting appointments for counseling instead of appointments for the divorce courts!”

This class, Growing in Oneness, is for anyone who may be struggling in their marriage and who wants the safety of a group setting to get help, for anyone who has a good marriage that they want to improve, and for those who might be thinking about marriage.
