Randy was a 1964 graduate of Arvada high school.  He attended several colleges with a final degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with an emphasis in pastoral care and counseling.  Randy also holds honorary doctorate of letters from Covert Ministries for humanitarian work while serving with Life Outreach, James Robison Ministries.  With multiple ministry settings as Senior Pastor of churches in Colorado, California, and Missouri, Pastor Boat, as he is known, joined the ministry team at PIM in 2002, and is currently serving as Associate Pastor.  Married to wife, Dani, in 1965, they have four children and thirteen grandchildren. 

Pastor Boat has a heart to work through the local church to bring people in the Denver Metro Area to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, seeing them trained, equipped and released in ministry.  He loves seeing people discover their spiritual giftings and fulfilling the destiny that God has for their life.
